Roasted and pressed by a women's cooperative near Tamanar.
Unlike the cosmetic oil, edible argan is pressed from roasted kernels. The colour is deeper, the taste toasted and round. A spoon over tomatoes, lentils, or grilled fish is enough; heat will mute it, so add it at the end.
